Silver Cut

Silver Cut.- Starburst inspired by Supernova Allister uses the negative space to create this pattern.
Created over a number of days. A coloured cup coated in sterling silver leaf is created, allowed to cool and then have the intricate design cut on to the surface. Preheated to 500 degrees the cup is then submerged within the crucible and cased in molten glass suspending the pattern within.
